Qualifications

• Prior apartment management experience working with the Elderly and Disabled is a must
• Opening for an office manager & maintenance team to live onsite in a two bedroom unit
• Experience supervising office & maintenance staff
• Knowledgeable in Fair Housing laws
• Excellent computer skills
