Bookkeeper (Miramar Area)

Individual needs to be proficient in QuickBooks Enterprise and some Great Plains knowledge helpful. Must have experience with payroll processing, AP, AR, inventory, and journal entries. Job duties will include some collections, customer service and general office administration. Must be detailed oriented and be able to multi-task in a fast-pace organization.
MAIN JOB DUTIES:
• Accounts Payable
• Process checks
• Process New Vendor setups, 1099 setup and year-end processing
• Process online payments including credit card payments
• Accounts Receivable
• Create and distribute invoices and apply payments
• Process credit card and standard deposits
• Process bi–weekly payrollQUALIFICATIONS:
• 3-4 years Accounting experience
• Must have solid knowledge and experience with QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions and some Great Plains experience helpful
• Excellent PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Self-starter with willingness to learn and positive attitude
• Must be detail oriented, highly organized, and dependableFull-Time: 40 plus hours per week. Pay range is $15 to $22 depending on experience. Company located in the Miramar area.
