Requirements:
* Class A CDL
* 22 Years Old
* 6 Months Experience
* DUI/DWI – Considered if older than 5 years
* Felony – – Considered if older than 5 years
* No more than 3 tickets in the last 3 years
* No more than 2 accidents in the last 3 years
