Looking for a (Spanish-speaking) Bi-Lingual Concierge – or Front Office Representative

- $10.00/hour
- Scheduled 5 days a week, Monday through Sunday
- Hours of operation are between 9am and 7pm
- Positions open at each location: Escondido, Central San Diego, and Chula Vista
- Must pass Drug Screen AND have completed a High School education (Diploma, GED or equivalent acceptable)

Providing superior Customer Support to customers and visitors of the Retail Site (Nationwide, Cable & Internet Provider). This Retail site provides customers with a physical location to pay their bill, to adjust their account, and physically browse the newest products/services.

Very similar to a Radio Shack/Verizon/AT&T store environment.

In this role, you are the Concierge; greeting a customer/visitor and pointing them in the right direction. Whether they are paying a bill, making billing adjustments, adding or upgrading their services, or just there to brows the new products and services… you are there to gather enough information to provide them with support and make their visit more personal. The office is full of Sales Reps, Account Reps and Managers that go into further details with the customer concerns, so the abilities to provide a positive attitude and professional presentation is the sole requirement of a Concierge. This is a great entry-level position to show your customer service, communication and professional skills to prove yourself valuable within a very large and reputable organization; this is a position to hone in on your strengths, and develop yourself into a career professional.
