Job Summary

Assists customers in commuting safely to both the rental location and the Airport Terminal while maintaining quality and service standards. Interacts directly with customers to determine what location the customer needs to go to and assists them in arriving safely. Essential duties and responsibilities, shown below, will vary accordingly based on assignment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Safely transports all customers to and from the rental location and Airport terminals.
Assists customers with loading and unloading belongings onto and off of the bus and ensures the customer does not leave any belongings behind.
Communicates with all levels of employees regarding arriving customers, car inventory, and availability.
Communicates with and assists all customers with inquiries and concerns in a positive and friendly manner.
Directs customers to their next step in the car rental experience (i.e to their car, the Rental Center, or Airport terminal).
Follows Quality Assurance Standards as issued by the company.

Basic Qualifications:
High School diploma
Minimum of 1 year of successful Class B bus driving and customer service experience.
Must be available to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings and holidays.
A valid CDL class B w/passenger and air control endorsement with no restrictions (except for Rest-64 Automatic Transmission) is preferred.
Candidates must meet all basic qualifications as set forth in the job description and submit a complete application to be considered for this position. Successful completion of interviews, pre-employment drug screen and background check will be required. Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.
