We are an online retailer seeking a Customer Service Representative for a fast growing business. We ranked 12th as one of San Diego’s fastest growing businesses in the Inc. 500 and are still growing. Responsibilities:
- Answer calls in a timely and professional manner
- Return all messages via phone and email – excellent spelling and grammar required
- Interact over the phone with customers determining their needs and following up with answers.
- Effectively handle medium to high call volume on a daily basis
- Order processing and backorder notifications
- Administrative duties as needed- Location: Encinitas
