Customer Service & Fulfillment Specialist (Oceanside)

  • Quantum Learning Network is seeking a Customer Service and Fulfillment Specialist for its North County QLN Campus & Conference Center in Oceanside. This will be a full-time, seasonal, position from now through — August 8th.

    Over the past 31 years, Quantum Learning Network’s academic summer camp (SuperCamp), and teacher training programs in the areas of learning-and-life skills have become a leading resource for students, parents, teachers, school administrators and businesses across the world.

    In addition, our 42,000 square foot Conference Center has become the meeting and party banquet space in North County, with more than 15,000 conference guests so far this year!

    Duties include, but are not limited to:

    Customer Service: As part of the customer service department, help build strong customer relationships. Perform client reminder contacts via phone, fax and email, to ensure immediate return and completion of required documents. Work with our Customer Service & Enrollment Manager to help sales team meet weekly and monthly goals. Communicate with seasonal staff members in the field.

    Fulfillments: Receive, review and analyze data in electronic and paper forms for completion and accuracy. Process enrollment and other related paperwork in a timely manner. Document all customer interactions accurately in the appropriate file. Keep all client files up to date with the most current information and ensure clients feel informed and supported throughout the entire process with regularly scheduled email and phone call communications. Ensure field staff are provided with electronic copies of critical camper information by expected due date.

    Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum 2 years Customer Service, Data Analysis and Data Entry experience
    • Strong base of internet/computer knowledge, MS Office applications
    • Speed and accuracy in typing ability
    • Professionalism, while handling a multitude of tasks
