As Customer Service Rep – Trainee, you will benefit from a fully-paid company training program that teaches you to:

•Answer a wide variety of inquiries from travelers and our business partners
•Use our proprietary policy system to document and process transactions
•Provide the highest levels of service to our customers and business partners

Requirements:
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Prior Customer Service experience
•Strong work history with a track record of success
•Applicants must be able to work a flexible work schedule including weekends. The hours of operation for this position is Monday – Friday 6am – 6pm; Saturday and Sunday from 6am – 3pm.

Salary: $12.00 per hour
