Customer Service Representative (El Cajon)

Phenomenal healthcare management company seeks contract customer service representatives for busy inbound call center. Will provide excellent customer service to health plan members who are utilizing or seeking to utilize available healthcare education and fitness programs. Will answer incoming calls and provide answers to questions by following standard policies and procedures. Will ensure calls are answered within required time frames while exhibiting a courteous and professional manner. 2 week training will take place in Sorrento Valley, then job will take place in El Cajon.
Must possess basic MS Office and data entry skills; healthcare industry experience preferred. Must be available any 8 hour shift between 5AM-6PM, Mon-Fri.- Location: El Cajon
- Compensation: $11.00/hr.
