Customer Service Rules!

  • We are an online eCommerce retailer seeking a Customer Service Representative for our fast growing business. We have a fun team environment and offer additional opportunities to write blog posts and get involved with social media.     Responsibilities:
    - Answer calls in a timely and professional manner
    - Return all messages via phone and email – excellent spelling and grammar required
    - Interact over the phone with customers determining their needs and following up with answers.
    - Effectively handle medium to high call volume on a daily basis
    - Order processing and backorder notifications
    - Administrative duties as needed
