Position: Customer Service/Technical Support Representative

Tasks and Duties:
• Follow up on past and present customers to assess buying and product experience.
• Provide superior customer service over email, hard copy correspondence and through phone communication, to enhance customer experience and generate profitable sales.
• Provide sales support, including entering customer orders, checking stock and following up with customers regarding the status of their orders.
• Respond to customer inquiries via our webstore, eBay store, fax, email, telephone and live chat.
• Through in-house training, on-line presence, reading and customer interface, learn product offerings and industry markets.
• Provide suggestions to improve website, ecommerce store, eBay store, technical support documents and related content.
Preferred Experiential Background:
• Two years of work experience in technical support, customer service, marketing or a related field.
• Computer literacy of Microsoft Office is essential.
• Candidate should have work experience using the internet.
Preferred Educational Background:
B.S. or equivalent in marketing, communications, or related field.
