Quality Loan Service Corporation, committed to providing non-judicial default processing throughout the western part of the United State is seeking a qualified individual to provide customer service “Second to None” in its Deed In Lieu Department as a full time Specialist.

We are actively seeking an individual with excellent experience of non-judicial default loans, real property law, contract drafting, and compliance review.

The ideal candidate would have working knowledge of default loan processes and must have solid writing skills, including proper grammar.

Required qualifications and skill sets include but are not limited to: • Process DIL files according to client, investor, state/government guidelines • Review title and resolve title issues • Draft legal documents required for DIL process • Proficient in MS Office (word/excel/outlook) • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) • Understanding of default loan processes, chain of title policies as well as reconveyances • Problem solving skills/critical thinker • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail • Able to work independently or in a team

Previous experience processing deed in lieu files reviewing for title clearance, Drafting documents and handling through execution and recording is preferred.
If no previous deed in lieu experience, previous experience with LPS Desktop, Lenstar and Vendorscape client systems is desired.
