Digital Marketing Coordinator (Carlsbad, CA)

    The role of the Digital Marketing Coordinator is to support, manage and implement a variety of digital projects in line with the brand strategies for TaylorMade, adidas Golf and Ashworth Golf.

    The Digital Marketing Coordinator will work alongside the Director of Digital Strategy to scope, establish and implement digital platforms to grow and enrich consumer engagement.

    Responsibilities:

    Research & Planning

    Research, scope and develop digital platforms to support current Brand Marketing needs
    Working with the Director of Digital Strategy to create future digital strategy and platforms to improve our consumer engagement efforts
    Plan, project manage and implement these platforms alongside various departments
    Constantly evaluate & research new digital platforms and how they can engage the consumer and grow sales for our brands
    Be aware of emerging technologies and how they can positively impact our organisation

    Project Management & Implementation

    Project manage digital platforms and campaigns on behalf of the Brand teams and recommend best practices to achieve results
    Collaborate across various departments (IT, eComm, Brand Marketing) to deliver integrated digital strategies across the Global regions
    Collaborate with the eCommerce Team sharing best practice in the digital space
    Ensure that all digital platforms comply with Company & Group’s policies in North America and across our Global Regions

    Evaluation & Monitoring

    Work closely with the CRM team to implement digital programmes that collect consumer data and add value back via brand engagement
    Benchmark the Company’s digital platforms and initiatives against industry best practices to ensure optimal performance

    Education

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business or related field

    Knowledge & Experience

    Minimum 3 years experience in managing new media and digital platforms
    Strong knowledge of social media and emerging digital media trends
    Strong knowledge of various device platform operating systems (iOS, Android, etc)
    Project management skills and exposure to project-based work structures.
    Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced organization
    Excellent communication skills
    Passion for golf and/or sport
