Bilingual (Korean & English) Inbound Customer Care Agents Needed for Growing Financial Services Division

Our Inbound Representatives will receive calls on behalf of Fortune 500 Clients in the Financial Services fields. Don’t worry about a rotating schedule; we offer permanent shifts open Monday through Sunday which you can set to fit your needs. To succeed with us you must possess passion in your work ethics; previous sales, customer service, or performance-based experience is preferred. We will provide all employees with a paid training structure that includes small classroom training as well as one on one coaching from one of our supportive management team.

We offer:

FLEXIBLE Shifts between 5am-8pm M-Sunday (work 4-7 hour shifts, up to 35 hours/week)
