Description:
The CRM Project Leader’s role is to supervise and maintain the Company’s CRM database and co-ordinate the CRM activities for TaylorMade, adidas Golf and Ashworth Golf in line with brand strategies.
The CRM Project Leader will also assist the eCommerce & Marketing teams on wider digital strategies relating to data capture, outbound communications and consumer engagement programmes.
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
Working with IT, ensure that CRM applications meet corporate objectives, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve business requirements issues.
Gather, analyze, and define end user requirements for CRM data access and usability in accordance with business objectives.
Working with the Director of Digital Strategy to create strategic goals for achieving and maintaining high quality data in conjunction with CRM users and Brand Marketing.
Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated plans for CRM software administration and appropriate use.
Plan an Activity Calendar alongside the Brand Marketing Team and co-ordinate these campaigns with related CRM vendorsAcquisition & Deployment
Working with IT and Director of Digital Strategy, evaluate and deploy CRM applications and systems
Analyze documentation and technical specifications of any CRM application under consideration to determine its intended functionality.
Collaborate with the eCommerce Team in the testing of new CRM programs and applications.
Ensure that all CRM is compliant with the Company & Group’s policies in North America and other Global Regions where appropriate
Conduct research on new and emerging CRM technologies or technologies that can be leveraged through existing CRM investments.Operational Management
Liaise with CRM vendors to maintain the database and deliver effective outbound communications with constant tracking and reporting
Manage service level agreements with CRM vendors and make recommendations for programme / campaign improvements
Perform regular data cleansing, segmentation and profiling exercises within the CRM database
Benchmark the Company’s CRM initiatives against industry best practices to ensure optimal performance.
Investigate and fix fields that have become outdated due to new business/value rules, new processes, or redesigned data warehouses.
Formulate and conduct training sessions and teaching materials for propagating CRM knowledge throughout the organization.
Alongside IT and vendors, recommend, schedule, and perform software improvements, patches, upgrades, and/or purchases.Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Design, Marketing, Business or related field
Knowledge & Experience
Minimum 3 years experience in managing the implementation of CRM campaigns and CRM/email software
Strong knowledge of CRM software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
Strong knowledge of data management, including data capture, warehousing, segmentation, mining, storing, cleansing, and security.
Project management skills and exposure to project-based work structures.
Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced organization
