P/T Cook needed for small seafood restaurant – AT LEAST 1-2yrs previous experience. Must be available for morning and evening shifts. Knowledge of fish and how to properly fabricate is preferred but not required. Willing to train the right person with good knife skills. Must be able to work fast and efficiently in a small kitchen as most times you will be the only one on. Proper food handling and ability to prep as well as cook is necessary. Compensation DOE.
