POSITION / TITLE: Full time Office Administrator / Assistant / Part Time Transaction Coordinator (this is one position)

SALARY RANGE: 45K-65K yearly Salary + Bonuses (DOE)

Administration Duties: Assist in the day to day functions of a professional growing and aggressive real estate office. Support for agents and broker. Job can range from, paperwork, internet marketing, marketing projects, and handling phone calls and scheduling for executive in charge.Potential Real Estate Duties: Could be responsible for overseeing all paperwork aspects of a real estate transaction and filing, including contracts, disclosures, escrow paperwork. This is a paperless office, so you will be required to have knowledge and experience in working with email, pdf attachments, online database interface, working with clients and other real estate agents over the phone. Collecting all paperwork, verifying that everything is signed and completed, then filed to our online database. This is a successful growing real estate firm that has on average 15-30 files per month that need to be worked on.
Looking for a fast learning, professional, self-motivated and detailed oriented person is desired. A person familiar with computer programs, email, ability to learn real estate computer based programs. Ability to quickly learn and follow tasks given within a time frame given. This job is very general in nature and one’s natural abilities will be assessed, utilized and adjusted to the needs of the company. There is also significant opportunity for growth within this organization and ability for a greater pay scale depending on ability to learn skill sets.
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
18 years of age, car, driver license, proof of insurance, and good driving record.EXPERIENCE: Mid-Entry Level, Real Estate Experience Preferred.
PREFERRED SKILLS: Real Estate office experience. Organizational skills, ability to communicate and ability to learn numerous computer programs and systems. Knowledge or experience with real estate computer programs such as CAR Forms, MLS, Winforms, Docusign and Top Producer.
REQUIRED SKILLS: Knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Adobe Professional, Phone Systems
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to drive and speak English.
