Graphic Designer for Print/Web – In House (San Diego)

Busy Real Estate office needs full time Web and Print Graphic Designer with strong experience – Start Immediately!

We are looking for a very detail-oriented individual. The candidate must have 4 years minimum experience as a graphic designer for both print and web applications. Design applications include, brochures, flyers, signs, power point presentations, event materials, web application that include web-forms, theme designs, dashboards, web and mobile UI’s. This is a fast-paced environment; the applicant should display a positive and proactive attitude with strong organizational skills, the ability to lead by example, prioritize & multitask, and be a strong communicator, both on paper, via email and over the phone as well as the ability to provide reports and assistance to senior management.

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong and Proven design experience
• Coordination and time management skills.
• Self-motivated, able to pick up company needs and requirements quickly and independently
• Ability to coordinate multiple design projects simultaneously and make all deadlines
• Background check required

Qualifications:
- 4 years minimum experience — High level corporate design
- 2 years minimum experience — Real estate industry
- Advanced skills using Microsoft Office suite including Publisher and Outlook.
- Advanced skills using Adobe Creative Suite, CS5, LiveCycle, Illustrator
- Advanced skills using XHTML/CSS/jQuery.
- Understanding CRM applications and the ability to learn new software programs
- Must have a good understanding of real estate transactions and the listing processes
- Must be able to carry out management tasks and goals in the time allotted
- Bilingual is a plus but not necessary
