Required:
-Basic knowledge of HTML, XML, Flash, JavaScript, CSS
-Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, & Flash
-Experience with cross-browser issues
-Demonstrated ability to create graphics and icons
-Excellent Organizational Skills
-Self-Motivating
-A “Whatever it Takes” Attitude
-Team Player
-Portfolio of recent work examples

Experience or skills in the following areas is extremely helpful but not required:
-Action Script
-Mortgage, Real Estate, and or Insurance industry knowledge
-Bi-Lingual English/Spanish

Compensation:
-Hourly Base + Monthly Bonus
