ABOUT US: We are a small to medium sized media firm. We specialize in graphic/logo design, branding, paper printing, signage, and promotional products. Our clients consist of some our countries most fun companies to work with. We offer branding for really corporate clients as well as laid back clients including action sports. Our goal is to provide all of San Diego and the rest of the nation with the best quality, and service possible, while being cost effective. We work smart and hard and are always open to perfecting our policies and procedures to improve our service to our clients.

ABOUT YOU: We need a creative and hard working Designer who understands how to provide great customer service and can work directly with the client. Our firm is seeking someone who is very well versed in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator. If you have web experience, that would be great too. The environment is fast paced, fun, and challenging and very rewarding. We need someone who can roll with the punches and overcome obstacles, time-manage themselves and their work-flow, and knows when to ask for help to meet a deadline. We want you to want a career, not a job, because we are looking to have you grow with us for the long term.

A TYPICAL DAY: You will be responsible to help answer the phones for new clients. You will be taking meetings in person and over the phone with your clients. You might be helping out with production if we are backed up (very light work) You might greet a walk-in customer and walk them through our showroom and sample products. You will have communication and work with the Art Director pertaining to your projects. You will collaborate and and assist other designers if needed…and yes eat lunch.

SKILLS TO HAVE: Since we offer graphic design services, printing, and signage….We would love for you to have experience with all 3, but if you have experience with at least 2 we can train you on the rest.

ABOUT YOUR QUALIFICATIONS: A 2yr associates or 4yr bachelors degree in graphic arts, marketing, communications or business, 2-6 yrs experience specifically in the graphic arts and or sign & printing industry. Web experience is a plus.
