Growing hospitality Company seeking experienced maintenance supervisor. Must have a minimum of 5-7 years of proven supervisory experience of 15-20 employees with references. Ideal candidate will have knowledge of HVAC, Pools and spas, light electrical and plumbing, ith a proven track record of performing both repair and preventive maintenance on such. Light general construciton work of concrete,plubming and electrical is a plus. Position requires computer skills to maintain inventories, ordering, and communications. Postion requires 24 hour emergency response so living within a reasonable reporting distance is mandatory. Position requires background, drug, and clean DMV. Salaried position with 401K,vacation.
