Are you ready to be a valuable member of my team and guide the housekeeping department to deliver the best product? I am seeking an individual with experience as a supervisor or manager in the hospitality field experience in quality control operations of a hotel or resort. The right candidate will need to have working computer skills, with the ability to use Microsoft Office; Outlook for e-mail, Excel and Word, and know how to use the internet…. The right candidate will be able to present the ability to self organize the housekeeping department’s staff to maintain fiscal responsibility and direct subordinates within the department to perfect adherence to the quality standards that WorldMark resorts are known for. 50-60% of the chosen candidate’s time will be quality controlling each subordinate in the housekeeping departments performed work, communicating and rectifying deviation from the standard.
