TriStaff Group is a well established Staffing and Executive Search Firm founded in 1971 and we are looking for an experienced Legal Recruiter to join our Patent Attorney Executive Search Team in our Corporate office.

As a Recruiter you will collaborate with the Executive Director and the project team to plan and implement effective recruiting strategies for Patent Attorney open requisitions nationwide. You will also serve as an ambassador of our firm when reaching out to candidates; cold calling candidates for positions and acting professionally in representing the firm.

Job Duties:
• Insure job profiles and position requirements are aligned with business objectives.
• Understand the client company, the market they are in, the products they produce, the strategic direction of the company, and the specifics surrounding the role we are working to fill.
• Recruit, assess, and hire top talent.
• Identify, screen and present top talent to clients — using our research function, job boards, web searches, referrals and industry-specific sources.
• Work with research team as assignments change/evolve.
• Manage candidates throughout the interview process.
• Eventually negotiate, present offers and close selected candidates.

Job Requirements:

• Recruiting and staffing experience a plus.
• Familiarity with the recruiting industry experience with HR policies and procedures a plus.
• Excellent computer skills including: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and good Data Entry.
• Be able to provide excellent customer service and the ability to build report with clients.
• Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.
• The ability to work closely with others in a family oriented and professional environment.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
