We are a Mortgage Banker that is expanding its operations throughout California and we are looking for motivated, qualified loan officers for our expanding team. Semper is a direct lender on FHA, conforming and jumbo loans. This fact gives you an advantage over brokers who rely on wholesale channels because you control your loan production.

We have been in business for many years, and currently has approval to operate in 25 states with no LEGECY ISSUES. Consequently, we offer the opportunity for you to conduct multiple state lending.

Currently we are hiring experienced Loan Officers with a minimum of 3 years in the wholesale or retail mortgage industry who are registered with the NMLO and have qualified by passing the national and California exams(but we will work to help those of you who are currently working on getting the requirements done). We expect you to set your own working hours and to market to your clients and work more as a virtual representative from your own office if you prefer.

1: Up to 70-90 % commissions on loans funded (100% on Branches and you do your own processing)
