Requirements:
Minimum of three years’ experience as salaried management in a full service setting.
Ability to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong knowledge of craft beer and cocktail preparation is desirable.
Strong leadership skills and teambuilding with a proven track record a must.

Scope of this Position
• Our managers are responsible for oversight of all aspects of service
• Writing schedules in accordance with expected labor projections
• Development of staff
• Driving sales
• Supervises Directly: Host, Server, Bartender, and Support positions
• Supervise and coordinate activities of hourly personnel to provide fast and courteous service to patrons.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness standards.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Essential Responsibilities Skills and Managerial Requirements:
• Assigns work tasks and coordinates activities of dining room personnel to ensure prompt and courteous service to patrons.
• Inspects dining room serving stations for neatness and cleanliness.
• May interview, hire, and discharge hourly personnel.
• May schedule work hours and keep time records.
• May assist in planning menus for special events
• May prepare beverages and expedite food orders.
• May total receipts, at end of shift, to verify sales and maintain Point of Sale.
• May collect payment from customers.
• Knows and complies with all company policies and procedures pertaining to this position and its duties

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Use judgment and reasoning to cope with emergencies, such as sudden illness, accident, or interrupted service.
