We seek an experienced Office Manager who is ready to take their career to the next level. You will be part of a growing company and team. You will be organizing our office, communicating with clients via email, telephone and in person. You will assist with task in many of the various business units with-in the company such as Sales, Marketing, HR, and Accounting. You will be in an environment that is exciting, energetic and constantly growing.

• Familiarity and experience with San Diego’s MLS system
• Great computer and Internet skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Transaction Coordinator
• Great phone skills and record keeping
• Expertise with CAR contracts, and the escrow process is a must.
• A degree from a 4 year university is preferred but not required.
