ON-SITE PROPERTY MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced candidate to manage our beautiful South Bay Senior Apartment complex.

Seeking a manager with the following abilities:

Must have Property Management experience including knowledge of the California Fair Housing Laws.
Perform move in and move out inspections and report any repairs to maintains crew.
Clean laundry rooms and common areas.
Rent Collection
Liaison between owner and tenants.
Multitasker
Must have a can do attitude and demand perfection.

Position includes:
A lovely , 2 bedroom Apartment. and Mothly Compensation
