We are a surfboard manufacturer that is located in Oceanside. We have patented a new technology with the goal of setting a new standard within the industry.
 
The internship is full-time with a minimum period of three months (6 months would be perfect).

• Major in Engineering or Business Administration
 
• Strong attention to detail
 
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
 
• Ability to complete a wide variety of tasks with minimal supervision
 
• Should have desire to participate in a hands-on, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
 

 
Responsibilities / Goals
 
• Analyze business processes (production)
 
• being part of the prodcution workforce
 
• Developing methods and tools, to organize, structure and control manufacturing processes
 
• Implement new business processes
 
• Collect data of the manufacturing process, order tracking
 
• Order materials from suppliers
 
• Performs other special projects and functions as assigned by department manager
 
• Researches on the internet
 
• Running errands
