We are searching for a Temporary PART TIME BookKeeper to work a 20-25 hours per week for about three months. Specifically, we are looking for an Intermediate level Accounting Clerk/Administrator who will perform routine AP/AR work, complete GL entries, collect timecard information and help process payroll.

In addition, you will update monthly reports, track performance against projections and assist in preparation of monthly and quarterly financial results. The selected candidate will:
-Play a critical role in monthly, quarter-end and year end closing procedures
-Provide advisory support to manages on items pertaining to budgets and accounting issues
-Provide Reporting utilizing MS Excel, and Quickbooks
