San Diego based company has been providing professional property management and community association management for homeowners associations and master planned communities in Southern California for over 30 years.
We are currently seeking a bright, energetic, self-motivated payroll administrator to work between 32 — 40 hours weekly.
Job Description:
This position has total responsibility for the processing of payroll for approximately 200 employees in various locations. The duties include review of time cards, data input to a web based payroll system, in-house subsidiary processing, payroll bank reconciliations and reimbursement billing.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have two plus years of payroll processing experience using ADP Web based services. General accounting knowledge is also required with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Quickbooks. The candidate should also be familiar with workers compensation issues and bank reconciliations. The candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as exceptional organizational skills. This person must also possess the ability to work with little direct supervision and understand the sensitivity of confidential matters.
