* Associates Degree or higher required

* Logo Design, Website Design

* Motion Graphics experience preferred (though not required)

Job Description

Position requires ability to successfully execute creative ideas both independently and as part of a team under creative direction. Ideal candidate will be a creative artist able to conceptualize, plan, analyze and create effective graphic design and communication. Candidate should be experienced and skilled at website design and online graphics, as well as “traditional” design, including advertising, physical product/merchandise and packaging, and logos and branding materials.

Awareness of branding and the importance of establishing and maintaining the brand throughout the creative process. Basic understanding of HTML and acceptable web-friendly file formats. An awareness of general video formats and compression schemes. (QuickTime, WMV, MP4, etc.) Ability to receive constructive criticism and accept general creative direction on occasion.

Strong knowledge of print file preparation, process colors, and spot colors. Experience in creating original designs that remain true to a brand or corporate ID. Associates Degree or higher required.
