Property Manager/ Realtor Assistant P/T (Pacific Beach)

Immediate opening for part time personal assistant to busy Realtor and Property Manager.
This is an amazing opportunity for someone that is a self starter and super organized.
Hours are 1-5 M-F with the availablility of additional hours as needed.
Duties Include:
- Running and organizing small office
- Prepare marketing materials
- Coordinating appointments
- Liason between property owner and tenants
- Receiving 30 day notices and coordinating move outs
- Marketing and showing available properties
- Coordinate move in process
- Insuring all rents are collected and preparing any notices as needed
We are looking for someone with on the job Real Estate experience with reliable transportation.
Background check and previous employment referrences required.
