We are looking for that unique individual to assist in the management of our REO/Short Sale and Traditional listings. You will be working directly with Asset Managers, Homeowners and Banks assisting them in managing, marketing and selling their homes.

This is the perfect position for someone that loves to be a part of the sales cycle but doesn’t necessarily want to be out on the street on their own. You will be part of a team and will NOT be soliciting business for yourself. This job requires you to have administrative detail and great customer service skills. If you are a pure salesperson, this is NOT the job for you; you must be strong at detail and administration.

The right candidate will have experience and a keen understanding of the following.
1. C.A.R. purchase and list contracts, MLS, and Escrow
2. Property Management, Property preservation, Vendor Management, and Construction
3. Marketing and Selling a property

In addition you must have the following skills
1. Great Customer Service Skills
2. Excellent verbal and writing skills.
3. Strong computer skills, using email, and MS products
4. Attention to detail, follow up, and scheduling skills.
