Receptionist / Administrative Assistant (San Marcos, CA )

  • Small office in San Marcos is looking for a Receptionist / Admin. Assist.

    Job duties will include: answering phones, preparing outgoing mail, distributing incoming mail, sending faxes, scanning documents, typing correspondence, making copies, filing, daily status updates and rate phone calls. Calls are NOT for sales. We will train you in the international relocation business. This is an entry level position that offers great opportunities for advancement as we strive to promote from within whenever possible.

    Requirements include typing of a minimum 60 wpm, working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word and Outlook), professional phone voice and a minimum 1 year of previous office experience.
