Rockstar Office Manager (San Diego)

    We seek a bright, industrious, take-charge Rockstar Office Manager to support our very busy office environment. You are articulate, well organized, energetic, a fast-thinker and detail-oriented with a “I’ll figure it out” attitude. You have a strong interest in keeping everything and everybody organized.

    You should also have a great track record of working in an office environment, be resourceful, tech savvy, and gracefully juggle many different time-critical tasks simultaneously.

    Salary is competitive to industry, and DOE. Benefits include medical, ample paid vacation, holiday and sick pay (plus we’re a pretty fun group to work with).

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (ONLY APPLY IF)

    • Experience in Microsoft applications
    • 1+ years in an administrative capacity

    RESPONSIBILITES

    • Stay on top of office supplies
    • Keep office organized
    • Light accounting work
    • HR paperwork and onboarding process for new hires
    • Create system for documentation of procedures
    • Organize and keep up to date master schedule and calendar
    • Merge documentation towards electronic format (go green!)
    • Reorganize filing structure

    SKILLS

    • Outstanding organizational skills
    • Meticulous attention to detail
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
    • Ability to adapt to a changing environment quickly as well as handle multiple priorities
    • Excellent verbal and demonstrated written communications skills
    • Experience in Quickbooks (not required but preferred)
    • Drive to be a go-getter and lead projects
    • Microsoft Office programs (essential)
