We are a healthy and strong mortgage company with a growing staff of 35 employees. We are looking for a part time Sales Associates to join our staff, aggressively work the phones, and work under a Team Lead Sr. Consultant. This position will be approximately 20 hours a week. Scheduling is Monday – Friday 8:30am to 12:30pm or 1:00pm to 5:00pm. The Sr. Consultant will train and teach. This position telemarkets our past mortgage loan clients that we have not yet gotten in touch with or are following up with. This is a great position for a student looking to gain work experience and make some extra cash on the side. We vigorously protect our “A” rating on the Better Business Bureau.
This is a very team focused environment- we want people that are positive, happy, drama-free and can help foster an environment where we can all love our jobs. Warm-calling past clients is required. Intelligence and Problem-Solving skills are a must.
