    Due to our growth and new business launches we are currently seeking a Search Marketing Director to join our search marketing team. This person will be responsible for the successful management of a variety of new and ongoing search marketing initiatives. This multi-faceted position requires a progressive, on-the-spot, critical thinker who can recommend new strategies as well as optimize existing campaigns. SEARCH MARKETING DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop, implement, and optimize search marketing strategies and initiatives to drive customer acquisitions through PPC and/or SEO. • Lead the development and optimization of e-commerce sites and landing pages using A/B and multivariate testing methodologies • Conduct in-depth analysis of program performance across key metrics to recommend and execute enhancements in marketing creative, promotions, and the customer conversion process • Interpret performance metrics, identify trends, and exploit opportunities for growth REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelors Degree (MBA preferred) • 5+ years of PPC or SEO experience • Extensive experience running and managing online acquisition marketing campaigns • Strong quantitative skills • Clear understanding of ROI analysis • Strong understanding of web usability and site design ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: • Work hard- play hard mentality • Highly efficient and creative • Strong attention to detail • Inquisitive mind • Willingness to embrace change • Able to thrive in a fast paced work environment with minimal supervision • Entrepreneurial spirit • Sense of humor • Desire to roll up your sleeves and dig in!
