One of San Diego’s Largest Private Companies Seeks Quality Assurance Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual to join our Z57 Operations Team!

This individual will be responsible for addressing escalated concerns of SEM clients, and former clients that are brought to Z57’s attention through several sources; troubleshooting internal process inefficiencies; recommending solutions to product or service challenges; acting as a point of contact within Z57 for search engine optimization, search engine marketing management (SEMM); monitoring the SEMM program and related processes, from initial sale to ongoing performance; handling projects designed to make Z57’s clients more successful, and to increase client retention; and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
• Handles search engine marketing management (SEMM) program cancelation requests and escalations
• Communicates and manages all dues between departments and vendors related to SEMM
• Responds to customer e-mails and phone calls
• Completes assigned Netsuite tasks
• Handles client escalations, at management’s request
• Performs quality assurance for the SEMM program’s sale, setup, and ongoing service by Z57
• Performs quality assurance for the SEMM program’s performance and value for clients
• Creates and streamlines processes related to the SEMM program
• Attends training and department meetings, as necessary
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to address complaints in a professional, thorough, and positive manner
• Ability to handle escalated phone calls and upset clients
• Ability to effectively research and troubleshoot data and processes
• Ability to work in a task driven environment
• Strong documenting and typing skills required
• Ability to be self-motivated and be a self-starter
• Technical Comprehension is required
• First-hand knowledge of search engine optimization, online marketing, and pay per click programs
• Strong grasp of the English language and grammar skills
• Basic HTML experience preferred
• Intermediate experience in skills including Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Internet Outlook
• Willingness to work flexible hours
