We are looking for an energetic and motivated multi-tasker to be responsible for the installation and maintenance of server applications such as Active Directory, email, web servers, and database servers as well as supporting end users and applications. Duties for this position include troubleshooting, deploying upgrades, patches, new applications and equipment. This person must be able to maintain a fun and professional attitude while dealing with people at all levels — including field staff, corporate office, as well as current customers.

Requirements Responsibilities & Requirements

•4 years experience working in Windows 2008 R2 Active Directory including user account management, email configuration, group policy and basic network service management.
•4 years experience Administration of Active Directory, Exchange 2007/2010, IIS, SQL Server 2005/2008, Sharepoint and other server-side applications.
•Deploy and support virtual servers in a VMWare ESX environment.
•Troubleshoot and monitor server configurations and applications.
•Troubleshoot server performance and configuration issues utilizing a variety of resources.
•Ensure that data backups and regular restore tests are performed and documented.
•Serve as a tier 2 resource and escalation point for desktop support issues.
•Stage and deploy servers including all associated hardware, operating systems and application software.
•Experience with Cisco and Foundry routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
•Ability to manage multiple activities and tasks simultaneously.

Minimum certifications/educational level:

•A four-year degree or equivalent experience is required.
•Any combination of training, education, and experience which demonstrates the knowledge and abilities stated above and the ability to perform the duties of the position.
General Competencies:

•Excellent verbal and written communications using the English language
•Customer service courtesies, practices and techniques.
•Proper work safety standards.
Minimum experience:

At least 4 years of Windows administration experience with a portion of that time in the testing and integration of Windows-based applications. Working experience with the following:

· Active Directory 2003/2008 technologies

· Web servers concepts and technologies

•Network monitoring and notification
