Responsibilities

Greet all customers entering and exiting the store in a timely, professional and personable manner

Provide assistance to customers and direct them to a specific area or salesperson

Support the service, safety and inventory control efforts of the store

Respond to emergency situations, including lost children situations

Be aware of merchandise items at risk for theft or other loss

Maintain an active awareness of safety risks and hazards, communicating to management as appropriate

Act with a sense of urgency

Qualifications

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers

Ability to resolve conflict proactively

High level of ownership, accountability and initiative

Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and store needs
