TriStaff is partnering with one of San Diego’s premier companies in their multi-million dollar space. Due to continued growth, this company is seeking a Sr. Software Solutions Developer. They are seeking someone to design and build complicated web applications to meet future business needs. The latest Java and Microsoft .NET tools and VMware servers are at the heart of their business.

In this key Software Solutions Developer role, you will be instrumental in developing web applications that will serve as the framework for the next 5 years of business projections

Challenges of Position: You will never be bored because our client is consistently adding new services, implementing content management solutions, and redoing their multiple branded websites. This is the front end group but you will not work on the UI, but everything below that to backend. Your projects will be up to 60% weighted on the front end, but it will depend on the particular project.

Who would be attracted to this position: This is for someone who gets excited about working on new web initiatives for multiple branded sites. Someone who welcomes a challenge. These must be easy-to-use sites that customers will enjoy and keep coming back to.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
 Must have 4-7 years experience with ANY of these tools: C++, C#, .J2EE, Web Services, SQL Server
 Must have backend experience with SQL calls
 Must have experience with Web Services or e-Commerce or distributed or SOA systems (large scale enterprise products that are customer-facing)
 Must have experience interacting across functional areas and able to get requirements from marketing and other internal business users
 Must have some experience in developing distributed software systems using Microsoft (.NET/SQL Server), J2EE/Sonic MQ/ESB, and related core technologies.
 Must have experience working across groups in a rapid development environment
 Must be the type of person who loves challenges and working on “cool” web initiatives.
