The System Engineer is responsible for building, configuring, and deploying new user and network equipment, troubleshooting hardware break-fix issues, providing professional onsite end-user support, installing computer hardware and/or software; performing preventive network/PC maintenance tasks. Also, providing support for LAN and other network support tasks in conjunction with other Support Team members. Other duties may include submitting internal knowledge base articles, and assisting with customer network needs assessments, implementations and installation processes:

Provides systems support to customers via phone, email, remote connection and/or other means

Great communication skills — written and verbal
 Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
 Excellent planning and organizational skills
 Must be able to multi-task, have outstanding analytical abilities, and work in a fast paced environment
 Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and strong team player
 Minimum of 5 years of IT support experience

Education/Certifications
 High School Diploma required
 A+ Certification preferred
