Job Description:
• Providing a consistently excellent customer service experience by maintaining the highest degree of courtesy, confidentiality and professionalism.
• Maintaining strong knowledge of new wireless products, accessories, pricing, plans, promotions and service features.
• Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations.
• Meeting sales objectives for wireless phones, services and accessories.
• Handling all administrative aspects of the sale including: completing customer contracts and warranties, pulling products from inventory, accepting customer payments and filling the completed orders.
• Handling phone inquiries from customers on billing issues, payments, upgrades, service changes returns.
• Interfacing with other departments on customer’s behalf when necessary.
• Managing a cash drawer and daily deposits of funds.
• Maintaining store appearance including store opening and closing procedures.

Required Qualifications:
• Equivalent of high school diploma or G.E.D. certification and/or sales experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience preferred but not required.
• Experience developing comprehensive strategies, business and sales plans, and schedules.
• Wireless industry experience.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish)
