Teamwork Athletic Apparel, a leading and award winning manufacturer and distributor of athletic apparel based in San Marcos, is searching for a Temporary HR/Recruiting Coordinator to work with our Best in Class customer service oriented HR team!

Summary:
Provide administrative support to the HR and Recruiting team as needed. Will assist HR Manager with research and assist with putting together presentations and packets for executive meetings. Will assist with scheduling of candidate interviews; maintain documentation and reports, and process new hire paperwork and background checks. Will also assist with benefits open enrollment and provide support for other company wide events.
This is a temporary assignment that will last approximately 2-4 months.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the HR and Recruiting team as needed.
• Assist HR Manager with research projects and put information into Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations for executive meetings.
• Maintain personnel files and create and update reports relating to personnel and the hiring process.
• Will assist in posting open positions internally and externally.
• Assist with scheduling and confirming candidate interviews which includes juggling multiple schedules.
• Updates company organization charts and employee directory.
• Support Recruiting Team with coordination of and participation in job fairs.
• Help establish formal internship program.
• Provide support with benefits administration to include enrollment and updates into the system.
• Preparations of new hire offer documents as well as collect and maintain new hire paperwork.
• Process background checks and update Recruiters with progress.
• Maintain employee confidence by keeping human resources information confidential.
• Provide “Above & Beyond” customer service to internal and external clients.
• Assist HR team in coordinating and executing companywide events such as employee lunches, meetings, and other special events.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.Qualifications:
• Some college education in Human Resources or business related field required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a Human Resources or Recruiting support role.
• Requires basic knowledge of Federal and State labor laws.
• Prior experience working with HRIS databases helpful.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail and responsiveness to internal and external clients required.
• Must have excellent Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills. Experience with Visio a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with compensation data and sensitive HR matters.
• Ability to work occasional over time as required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills required.
• Self-starter with independent thinking ability and strong time management and organizational skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish helpful but not required.Please include the following in your response:
