Transaction Manager (Sabre Springs San Diego North Inland)

  • Seeking a Transaction Manager
    Primary objectives or outcomes to be accomplished by the chosen candidate for this job:
    • Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers and buyers from open to close of escrow, information management, and back-office support
    • Responsible for assuring the collection of commissions, and maintaining the budget
    • Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries or complaints
    • Keep the lead agent informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled

    Must have the following:
    • Minimum of 4-5 years experience as a transaction coordinator of real estate escrows
    • Must be DRE Licensed
    • Excellent work ethic, dedicated to exceptional customer service
    • Able to effectively and calmly manage and resolve a conflict
    • Perform well in a very fast pace environment
    • Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
    • Attention to detail, ability to assist in routine transaction tasks
    • Excellent time management skills
    • Advanced understanding of the real estate transaction process
    • Familiar with and able to use the following computer applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Database programs
    • Ability to update web based software systems like Tempo, ZipForms etc
    Transaction Manager Job Description:
    • Responsible for processing all contracts through closing
    • Review all closing contracts to ensure all addendums, amendments, and other paperwork are correctly signed and executed
    • Maintain all client files, making sure all phone numbers are correct and accessible, and all paperwork is filed correctly
    • Communicate with clients, other agents, and vendors throughout the closing process
    • Responsible for keeping agents updated on the progress of all contracts and advising team members when they need to become involved in negotiations or problem resolution
    • Set and confirm appointments as needed
    • Assure that all post-closing disbursements, filing, and procedures take place
    • Schedule closing date and time; confirm with agent, other agent, and client
    • Advise client of final details of closing
    • Verify financial approval
    • A desire to act in the best interest of the client at all times is a non-negotiable
    • MLS input of all properties, websites, maintaining the status and accuracy of both
    • Capacity to develop and document the processes surrounding the transaction coordination knowledge of Zip forms, and online Transaction Management systems a plus
    • Attend all inspections from beginning to end, facilitate repair for requests with clients
    • Prepare listing packages, coordinate sign placement and removal
