We are a FULL SERVICE Mortgage Banker. Conventional/FHA/VA/Reverse/Jumbo. Our marketing consists of mail/tv/radio/internet search. Too many calls to handle. Licensed in 25 states. If you like to work and enjoy making money, this will be a good fit.

•Delegated in-house underwriting, processing, funding, escrow, docs, secondary
•We are overstaffed in processing that we can get loans out quickly

•Our Loan Officers carry pipelines of approx 20+ loans
•Highest lead quality in the industry with an average of 10+% conversation rates

Requirements:

•2 + years of industry experience
•Must have passed the NMLS Federal Exam and hold licensing in at least 1 state
•Current knowledge of industry guidelines and procedures as well as federal, state and local regulations
•Knowledge of mortgage banking loan process from submission to funding
•Demonstrated sales skills
•Detail oriented and highly organized
•Multi-tasking and prioritization skills necessary
•Ability to work in a fast paced environment under time constraints
•Ability to organize and coordinate projects
•Ability to adapt to change quickly
•Strong interpersonal skills and must be a team player
•Excellent customer service skills
•Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
•Current knowledge of industry guidelines and procedures as well as federal, state and local regulations
